Attleboro faced Mansfield in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The Bombardiers came out on top in a nail-biter against the Hornets, sneaking past 4-3. That's two games straight that the Bombardiers have won by just one run.

Tyler Dunlea tossed a big game, striking out seven batters over 6.1 innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off five hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one earned run any time he's pitched this season.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Antonio Bennett, who scored a run while going 2-for-3. He also put up a double, which was his first of the season.

The win made it two in a row for Attleboro and bumps their season record up to 4-2. They've had to fight for that success though, as they only beat their opponents by an average of one runs across that stretch. As for Mansfield, their record is now 4-3.
