Christian Community and HEARTS for Jesus Christ are an even 5-5 against one another since January of 2021, but not for long. The Christian Community Warriors will head out on the road to challenge the HEARTS for Jesus Christ Guardians at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Christian Community will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.

Christian Community will bounce into Monday's contest after beating Reimer Road Baptist Christian, who they had gone 2-7 against in their nine prior meetings. Christian Community enjoyed a cozy 61-46 victory over Reimer Road Baptist Christian on Tuesday.

Westside Christian Academy typically has all the answers at home, but on Thursday HEARTS for Jesus Christ proved too difficult a challenge. They walked away with a 64-51 win over the Eagles. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Guardians.

Christian Community better keep an eye on Josh Longo. He was instrumental in HEARTS for Jesus Christ's win, going 6-for-9 en route to 26 points. What's more, Longo also posted a 67% shooting accuracy, which is the highest he's achieved since back in December of 2024. Another player making a difference was Josh Aten, who went 6-for-11 on his way to 18 points.

HEARTS for Jesus Christ pushed their record up to 18-6 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.3 points over those games. As for Christian Community, their win bumped their record up to 14-9.

Christian Community didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against HEARTS for Jesus Christ when the teams last played last Friday, but they still walked away with a 47-43 victory.
