Basketball Recap: Woodrow Wilson Comes Up Short

If Woodrow Wilson was riding high fresh off their 96-62 takedown of Palmdale on Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Bruins were just a bucket shy of victory on Friday and fell 60-59 to the Beverly Hills Normans. The loss put an end to the Bruins' undefeated start to the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Woodrow Wilson fell to 2-1. As for Beverly Hills, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Woodrow Wilson will venture away from home to challenge Foothill at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Beverly Hills, they will head out to take on Mary Star of the Sea at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
