Basketball Game Preview: Green Bobcats vs. South Point Pointers

Having just played yesterday, the Green Bobcats will head out on the road to face off against the South Point Pointers at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Green will be strutting in after a win while South Point will be coming in after a defeat.

Green will roll into the game after a wild two-game stretch: they only put up 27 points on Saturday, then bounced right back against East on Tuesday. Green breezed by East to the tune of 73-30. That 43 point margin sets a new team best for the Bobcats this season.

Meanwhile, South Point came up short against Chesapeake on Tuesday and fell 53-41. The loss continues a trend for the Pointers in their matchups with the Panthers: they've now lost three in a row.

South Point's defeat dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Green, the victory got them back to even at 8-8.
