East Knox has gone 9-1 against Mt. Gilead recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Bulldogs are taking a road trip to take on the Indians at 5:15 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with ten consecutive losses for East Knox and four for Mt. Gilead.

East Knox fell victim to Centerburg and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They lost 11-0 to the Trojans.

Meanwhile, Mt. Gilead also failed to score in their most recent game. They came up short against Danville on Tuesday, falling 22-0.

East Knox's loss dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Mt. Gilead, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-9.

East Knox came out on top in a nail-biter against Mt. Gilead when the teams last played back in May of 2023, sneaking past 4-2. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bulldogs since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
