Basketball Recap: Pauls Valley Takes a Loss

Pauls Valley managed to keep up with Washington until halftime on Friday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Pauls Valley Panthers lost 82-59 to the Washington Warriors. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Tuesday (57), the Panthers still had to take the loss.

Pauls Valley's loss dropped their record down to 9-11. As for Washington, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Pauls Valley Panthers take on the Bridge Creek Bobcats at 8:00 p.m. on February 7th. Washington has already played their next game (against Marlow), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
