Softball Recap: Hermiston Takes a Loss

After flying high against Eisenhower on Thursday, Hermiston came back down to earth. The Bulldogs came up short against the Coeur d'Alene Vikings on Friday, falling 16-0.

Hermiston saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Whitney MacKay, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base.

Hermiston's loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Hermiston wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 10-0 defeat against Hanford on the 24th. As for Coeur d'Alene, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 6-2 win against North Creek on the 21st.
