Penn Cambria skates past Cambria Heights with ease

Recap: Penn Cambria Panthers vs. Cambria Heights Highlanders
The Penn Cambria Panthers took care of business in their home opener on Friday (and then some). They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Cambria Heights 75-47 at home. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Penn Cambria also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2022.
Penn Cambria's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Gavin Harrold, who scored 13 points along with 5 rebounds and 4 steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Easton Semelsberger, who scored 18 points.
Penn Cambria's victory bumped their record up to 1-0. As for Cambria Heights, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.
Penn Cambria will head out on the road to face off against Central Cambria at 12:25 p.m. on Saturday. As for Cambria Heights, they will take on Conemaugh Township at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
