Lutheran strolled into their game on Saturday with an undefeated record and they left with the same. Their defense stepped up to hand the Hickman Kewpies a 3-0 shutout. While Lutheran didn't have the best season last year (they finished 6-17-1), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Lutheran's victory bumped their record up to 5-0-1. As for Hickman, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-5.
