The Orlando Christian Prep Warriors won the last time they faced the Wekiva Mustangs, and things went their way on Tuesday too. Orlando Christian Prep breezed by Wekiva at home to the tune of 61-28. Given Orlando Christian Prep's advantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked eighth, while Wekiva is ranked 283rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Orlando Christian Prep's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ameer Ramadan, who scored 16 points. That makes it two consecutive games in which Ramadan has scored at least 25% of Orlando Christian Prep's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Isaiah Brown, who scored 13 points along with 8 rebounds.

The victory makes it two in a row for Orlando Christian Prep and bumps their season record up to 2-0. As for Wekiva, they have fallen quite a ways from their 26-5 record last season and are now at 1-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Orlando Christian Prep will take on Oviedo at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday.
