Volleyball Recap: Dekaney Takes a Loss

Dekaney was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat dating back to last season. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Northbrook Raiders. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Raiders this season, with their most recent loss being a 3-1 defeat on Friday.

Dekaney's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Northbrook, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 3-9 record this season.

Dekaney will head out on the road to challenge Humble at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Northbrook, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Morton Ranch on the 23rd.
