Softball Recap: Green Bay N.E.W. Lutheran Comes Up Short

Green Bay N.E.W. Lutheran couldn't beat Gibraltar on Thursday even though they stacked four runs on them in the fourth inning. The Blazers fell just short of the Vikings by a score of 8-7. The Blazers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Vikings earlier this season, when they won 12-8.

Green Bay N.E.W. Lutheran's defeat dropped their record down to 13-6. As for Gibraltar, their victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-13.

Looking ahead, Green Bay N.E.W. Lutheran will host Tri-County at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Gibraltar, they will head out on the road to challenge Roncalli at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
