Baseball Recap: Chaminade Takes a Loss

Chaminade was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 4-1 to the Seton Hall Prep Pirates.

Chaminade saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Nate Scalere, who went 2-for-3 with one double.

Chaminade's loss dropped their record down to 10-9. As for Seton Hall Prep, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-3 record this season.

Chaminade wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 14-0 defeat against DePaul Catholic on the 2nd. As for Seton Hall Prep, they will welcome Verona at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
