Baseball Game Preview: Summit Academy Bears vs. Mountain View Bruins

For the second straight game, Summit Academy will face off against Mountain View. The Bears will head out to square off against the Bruins at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. Summit Academy has a tough task ahead: they'll enter the game with 11 straight losses, while Mountain View will come in with three straight wins.

Mountain View hit Summit Academy with a four-run seventh inning on Wednesday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Bears lost 8-1 to the Bruins.

For Mountain View's part, the team relied heavily on Caden Imes, who went 2-for-4 with one home run and two RBI. That home run was Imes' first of the season. The team also got some help courtesy of Josh Hair, who went 2-for-3 with two RBI and one run.
