Volleyball Recap: Webster Groves Comes Up Short

Webster Groves lost to Howell Central on Saturday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Sunday. The Statesmen fell 2-0 to the Spartans.

Webster Groves has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 14 of their last 17 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-17 record this season. As for Howell Central, the win (which was their 15th in a row) raised their record to 30-4-1.

Webster Groves didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 victory against Rock Bridge on the 3rd. As for Howell Central, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Vianney on the 3rd.
