Volleyball Recap: Faribault's Luck Changes for the Better on Saturday

While Faribault's victory against Richfield wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Falcons had just enough and edged out the Spartans 2-1 on Saturday. The win was some much needed relief for the Falcons as it spelled an end to their four-match losing streak.

Faribault's victory bumped their record up to 3-17. As for Richfield, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-12.

Faribault wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Pine Island on the 11th. As for Richfield, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Totino-Grace on the 11th.
