Soccer Recap: Wayne County Comes Up Short

Wayne County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Vancleave Bulldogs. That's two games in a row now that the War Eagles have lost by exactly three goals.

Wayne County's defeat dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Vancleave, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Wayne County will head out to challenge Stone at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Vancleave, they are taking a road trip to take on Laurel at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
