The Copper Hills Grizzlies will face off against the Farmington Phoenix at 3:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Copper Hills is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.9  runs per game  this season.
Copper Hills will bounce into Tuesday's   match after  beating Herriman, who they had gone 2-7 against in their nine prior meetings. The Grizzlies were the clear victors by  an  11-4 margin over the Mustangs on Tuesday. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Grizzlies considering their two-run performance the  contest before.
 Bryton Dawes made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She  pitched seven innings while giving up just one earned  (and three unearned) runs off   seven  hits. Dawes was also big at the plate,  going 3-for-4 with one  double and one  RBI. That's the most  hits  she has posted since back in March.
 In other batting news,  Janie Coats was  incredible,  going a perfect 3-for-3 with one  home run, four  RBI,  and one  double. That's the most  RBI  she has posted since back in March.  Kennedy Jennings was another key player,  going 2-for-3 with two  RBI and one  run.
Meanwhile, Farmington earned  a  6-3 victory over Layton  on Friday.
 Lill Topham tossed a big game,   not allowing a single  earned run over 6.2 innings pitched. She has been consistent: she hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in seven consecutive appearances.
 At the plate, Farmington let  Sophia Strong and  Brooklyn Wright run wild. Strong  went 2-for-4 with three  RBI, while  Wright  went 2-for-3 with one  run and one  RBI.
 Farmington  hit smart and  finished the game with only one  strikeout. They are 5-2 when  they post two or more  strikeouts.
 Copper Hills' win bumped their record up to 11-12. As for Farmington, their victory  ended  a  four-game drought at home  and  bumped them up to 12-10.
 Tuesday's   game will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Copper Hills hasn't had any issues making contact this season,  having earned a batting average of .338. However, it's not like Farmington struggles in that department as   they've  averaged .380. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
