Soccer Recap: St. Patrick Falls Short Against Ranked Northwest Rankin

On Saturday, St. Patrick faced Northwest Rankin in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The St. Patrick Fighting Irish lost 4-0 to the Northwest Rankin Cougars.

St. Patrick's loss dropped their record down to 11-3-1. As for Northwest Rankin, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 11-2-1 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Patrick will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while.
