Green Ridge fell victim to Lincoln and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They came up short against the Cardinals, falling 10-0. The loss continues a trend for the Tigers in their meetings with the Cardinals: they've now lost seven in a row.

Green Ridge's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Lincoln, they pushed their record up to 12-1 with the win, which was their eighth straight at home.

Green Ridge wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, an 11-1 victory against Stover on the 15th. As for Lincoln, they have also already played their next match, a 6-5 loss against Butler on the 14th.
