Basketball Recap: Cleveland Indians vs. College Park Cavaliers
Cleveland lost against College Park back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Cleveland Indians took a hard 62-45 fall against the College Park Cavaliers. While losing is never fun, the Indians can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 1008th, while the Cavaliers are ranked 130th).
Ian Inman was his usual excellent self, going 10 for 17 on his way to 29 points for College Park. Inman has been hot, having also posted two or more steals the last six times he's played. Another player making a difference was Tyson Forrest, who posted 11 points and five assists.
Cleveland has traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last seven matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-22 record this season. As for College Park, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 24-9.
Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing New Caney the next time they take the court. Cleveland will host New Caney at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while College Park will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on February 11th.
