Basketball Game Preview: Mt. St. Joseph Academy Green Wave vs. Proctor Phantoms

Last Monday, Mt. St. Joseph Academy took their matchup with ease, bagging a 43-7 win over Mill River. The victory continues a trend for the Green Wave in their matchups with the Minutemen: they've now won eight in a row.

Meanwhile, Proctor was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 17th straight loss dating back to last season. They took a blow against West Rutland, falling 73-5. The contest marked the Phantoms' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Mt. St. Joseph Academy's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-6. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 21.8 points over those games. As for Proctor, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-15.
