Football Recap: Hobart Skates Past Munster with Ease

Hobart put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past the Munster Mustangs 41-7. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 35-0.

Max Pickett had an outrageously good game as he rushed for 153 yards and six TDs. That's the most rushing yards he has posted since back in September of 2024. Stephen Miller did his part to keep the secondary busy, picking up 90 receiving yards.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Hobart was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 237 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 164 rushing yards every time they've taken the field this season.

Hobart's record now sits at 3-0. As for Munster, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.
