Soccer Recap: Hebron vs. Rensselaer Central

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Victory Christian Academy, Hebron was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They had just enough and edged the Rensselaer Central Bombers out 3-2. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Hawks as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Rachael DiSanto and Lacey Fultz scored all three of Hebron's goals, bringing their combined season tally to five goals.

Hebron's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-4-1. As for Rensselaer Central, they dropped their record down to 3-4 with that defeat, which was their third straight on the road.

Hebron will challenge Kouts at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Rensselaer Central, they are on the road again on Saturday to play Hanover Central at 11:00 a.m. Hanover Central knows how to get goals on the board -- the squad has finished with four goal or more in their past four matchups -- so hopefully Rensselaer Central likes a good challenge.
