It was a good run, but Sumner unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Thursday. They took an 11-7 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Albany Hornets. The matchup marked the Cowboys' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Sumner's defeat dropped their record down to 19-3. As for Albany, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a massive bump to their 10-11 record this season.
