Volleyball Recap: Pelham Comes Up Short

Pelham was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Saraland Spartans. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Spartans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-1 on Thursday.

Pelham's defeat dropped their record down to 13-24. As for Saraland, their victory bumped their record up to 28-5.

Coincidentally, Pelham and Saraland will both be playing Montgomery Academy the next time they take the court. The Panthers will head out to face the Eagles at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Spartans will host them at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.
