Volleyball Recap: Sheets Memorial Christian's Win Ends Five-Game Losing Streak on the Road

Sheets Memorial Christian posted their closest win since September 5, 2024 on Tuesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 victory over the Oak Level Baptist Academy Conquerors. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 back in September.

Sheets Memorial Christian wouldn't go down easily and took Oak Level Baptist Academy into a fifth set where they got it done with a eight-point win. The final score came out to 28-26, 18-25, 21-25, 25-22, 15-7.

Wells Everhart paced Sheets Memorial Christian's offense, picking up 13 kills. Everhart got some help from Lauren Hanner and her 24 assists. Hanner was also a major player on defense: she and Clara Lopez shared the team lead in blocks, finishing with seven each.
