Softball Game Preview: Warren Central Dragons vs. Glasgow Scotties

Warren Central is 0-3 against Glasgow since April of 2017 but things could change on Tuesday. The Dragons are taking a road trip to square off against the Scotties at 6:00 p.m. Warren Central has given up an average of 17.1 runs per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Warren Central lost 18-3 to Metcalfe County on Monday.

Meanwhile, Glasgow came tearing into Monday's game with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 3.3 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Raiders 15-1. The Scotties' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Glasgow now has a winning record of 12-11. As for Warren Central, their loss dropped their record down to 4-18.

Warren Central suffered a grim 21-1 defeat to Glasgow in their previous meeting back in May of 2022. Can the Dragons avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
