Football Game Preview: Franklin Panthers vs. Algonquin Regional Titans

The Franklin Panthers are taking a road trip to square off against the Algonquin Regional Titans at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Franklin will be strutting in after a win while Algonquin Regional will be coming in after a defeat.

While Franklin's victory against Brockton wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Panthers skirted past the Boxers 21-18. The Panthers haven't had any issues with the Boxers recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

Meanwhile, Algonquin Regional fell victim to Concord-Carlisle and their airtight defense on Friday. They took a blow against the Patriots, falling 33-0. The Titans' loss continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

Algonquin Regional's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Franklin, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.
