Basketball Recap: The Colony Comes Up Short

The Colony was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were four points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 29-25 heartbreaker at the hands of the Reedy Lions. The Cougars were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Lions earlier this season, when they won 43-39.

The Colony's loss dropped their record down to 15-17. As for Reedy, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 22-14.

The Colony does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Reedy, they have already played their next match, a 35-27 win against Creekview on the 7th.
