Softball Recap: Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin Takes a Loss

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin's offense. They fell 5-0 to the Bishop Watterson Eagles on Tuesday. That's two games in a row now that the Lions have lost by exactly five runs.

Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Lily Rader, who went 1-for-3 with one double. Becca Wooke also deserves some recognition as she hit her first double of the season.

Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin's defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Bishop Watterson, their record now sits at 4-8.

Coming up, Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin will head out to square off against Tree of Life Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Bishop Watterson, they will welcome St. Francis DeSales at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
