Basketball Recap: Paideia Comes Up Short

Paideia lost against Mays back in November of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Pythons lost 74-53 to the Raiders.

Jabari Hall had a dynamite game For Mays., dropping a double-double with 18 points and 14 boards. Hall is crushing it when it comes to rebounds: he's pulled down at least eight every time he's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Taigo Lee, who posted 16 points and eight boards.

Paideia's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Mays, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Looking ahead, Paideia will take on Newton at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Mays, they will head out on the road to face off against Douglass at 7:00 p.m. on the 22nd.
