Baseball Recap: Foley Takes a Loss

Foley was the 5-4 winner over Daphne when they last played one another on Thursday, but their luck changed this time around. The Lions fell 4-1 to the Trojans on Friday.

Foley saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Gavin Glass, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base and one double.

Foley dropped their record down to 17-11 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road. As for Daphne, they now have a winning record of 13-12.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Foley will square off against Elberta at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Daphne, they will take on Fairhope at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
