Mark Keppel is 8-2 against Montebello since April of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. On the hitting side, Mark Keppel saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Nevaeh Saldivar, who scored a run while going 2-for-3.

Meanwhile, Montebello suffered their closest loss since February 27th on Thursday. They fell just short of Bell Gardens by a score of 6-4. The defeat continues a trend for the Oilers in their meetings with the Lancers: they've now lost four in a row.

Montebello's loss dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Mark Keppel, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-4.

Mark Keppel took their win against Montebello in their previous matchup back in March by a conclusive 11-1 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Aztecs since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
