Volleyball Recap: Jefferson Takes a Loss

Jefferson was the 3-0 winner over University when they last played one another back in October of 2017, but their luck changed this time around. The Cougars fell just short of the Hawks by a score of 2-1 on Wednesday.

Jefferson's loss dropped their record down to 5-5-1. As for University, they have been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 13 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-4-2 record this season.

Jefferson wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 3-0 defeat against Martinsburg on the 16th. As for University, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Preston on the 10th.
