Basketball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Ryker Page and Nash Gillette Lead Burley to Victory

It was a proper cat-fight when Burley took on Mountain Home on Friday. Everything went the Burley Bobcats' way against the Mountain Home Tigers as the Burley Bobcats made off with a 74-52 win. 74 seems to be a good number for the Bobcats as the squad scooped up a victory with the same number of points in their previous game.

Leading Burley to victory were Nash Gillette and Ryker Page. Gillette almost dropped a double-double with 17 points and nine rebounds, while Page went 7-for-12 en route to 16 points along with four steals and three blocks. Those 16 points gave Page a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Jake Seely, who posted eight points.

The win made it two in a row for Burley and bumps their season record up to 6-15. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 74.0 points over those games. As for Mountain Home, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-18.

As of now, neither Burley nor Mountain Home have any future games scheduled.
