Soccer Recap: North Surry Comes Up Short + How To Watch

North Surry and Forbush pushed the score to 9-0 the last time they played Forbush, but on Wednesday defenses reigned supreme. The Greyhounds fell 2-0 to the Falcons. While losing is never fun, North Surry can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 347th, while Forbush are ranked 104th).

North Surry's loss dropped their record down to 7-7-3. As for Forbush, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-5-1 record this season.

North Surry will take on Surry Central at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Forbush, they have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Forsyth Home Educators on the 9th.
