Troy not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since April 11th (when they won 22-2). They put the hurt on the Ferndale Eagles with a sharp 14-4 victory. The win continues a trend for the Colts in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now won four in a row.

Troy's victory bumped their record up to 4-8. As for Ferndale, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-9.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Troy will square off against Avondale at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Yellowjackets have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 19.91 runs per game on average), something the Colts will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Ferndale, they will challenge Lamphere at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
