Basketball Recap: Cardinal Comes Up Short

Cardinal lost against Southeast back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Cardinal Huskies took a blow against the Southeast Pirates, falling 66-35. The Huskies just can't catch a break and have now endured five losses in a row.

Cardinal's defeat dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Southeast, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-4.

Cardinal will head out to challenge Berkshire at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Cardinal is facing Berkshire at the right time seeing as Berkshire is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Southeast, they will be playing at home against Brookfield at 6:45 p.m. on Monday.
