West Seneca West is looking to give their home crowd another W after opening their season at home on Wednesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Mount Mercy Academy 92-13. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 52-5.

Ava Gunnells had a dynamite game, shooting 69% from the field en route to 22 points and four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Bellarose Milligan, who went 7-for-15 to rack up 16 points and five steals.

Meanwhile, Amherst Central played a tough contest on Monday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were outmatched by North Tonawanda and fell 70-43. The Tigers were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 44-16.
