Volleyball Recap: Old Fort Snags Tenth Victory in Last 12 Games

Old Fort won the last time they faced Margaretta and things went their way on Saturday too. The Stockaders walked away with a 3-1 win over the Polar Bears.

Old Fort walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-19, 19-25, 25-19.

Old Fort found their leader in sophomore Carly Fortney, who had 17 digs.

Old Fort has been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-4 record this season. As for Margaretta, they dropped their record down to 6-14 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Old Fort will square off against Northwood at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Margaretta, they will face off against Huron at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
