Basketball Recap: Northland Takes a Loss

After flying high against Floodwood last Tuesday, Northland came back down to earth. The Northland Eagles were beaten by the Greenway Raiders 90-58 on Friday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Eagles have suffered against the Raiders since January 18, 2019.

Northland now has a losing record at 6-7. As for Greenway, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-10.

Northland didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 93-79 defeat against Barnum on the 20th. Greenway has also already played their next game (against Mountain Iron-Buhl), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
