Volleyball Recap: Kenyon-Wanamingo Triumphs

Kenyon-Wanamingo won the last time they faced Ely and things went their way on Saturday too. The Knights came out on top against the Timberwolves by a score of 2-0.

Kenyon-Wanamingo's offense was headlined by Audrey Haugen and Mali Quam, who picked up eight kills apiece. They got some help from Kendal Johnson and her 18 assists. Eva Jacobson controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Kenyon-Wanamingo's victory bumped their record up to 12-3. As for Ely, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-4.

Kenyon-Wanamingo wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Spring Grove on the 20th. As for Ely, they have also already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Kittson Central/Lancaster on the 20th.
