Softball Recap: J.L. Mann Comes Up Short

J.L. Mann was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 8-5 to the St. Joseph's Catholic Knights. The Patriots were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Knights apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

J.L. Mann's loss dropped their record down to 0-10. As for St. Joseph's Catholic, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. J.L. Mann will host Greenville at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for St. Joseph's Catholic, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Southside Christian at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
