Volleyball Game Preview: Gospel Light Christian vs. Faith Christian Eagles

Gospel Light Christian will venture away from home to square off against the Faith Christian Eagles at 4:45 p.m. on Thursday. Gospel Light Christian will be strutting in after a win while Faith Christian will be coming in after a loss.

Two weeks ago, Gospel Light Christian was able to grind out a solid victory over New Manna Christian, taking the game 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for Gospel Light Christian.

Meanwhile, Faith Christian came up short against Union Grove Christian on Tuesday and fell 3-1. The Eagles haven't had much luck with the Patriots recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Faith Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 4-9. As for Gospel Light Christian, their win bumped their record up to 9-3.

Gospel Light Christian might still be hurting after the 3-0 loss they got from Faith Christian in their previous matchup back in September of 2023. Can Gospel Light Christian avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
