Basketball Recap: Twin Valley Takes a Loss

Twin Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They were beaten by the Hurley Rebels 55-24. The Panthers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Rebels apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in January of 2024.

Twin Valley's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Hurley, their win was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 6-8.

Twin Valley will face off against Tazewell at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Hurley has already played their next contest (against Holston), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
