Basketball Recap: Lakeside Takes a Loss

Lakeside lost against Geneva back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Lakeside Dragons fell 62-55 to the Geneva Eagles. That's two games in a row now that the Dragons have lost by exactly seven points.

Lakeside has been struggling recently as they've lost 11 of their last 13 matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-16 record this season. As for Geneva, their win bumped their record up to 11-8.

Looking ahead, Lakeside will square off against Harvey at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. One thing working in Harvey's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last seven contests. As for Geneva, they will face off against Pymatuning Valley at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
