Preview: Atlanta Rabbits vs. Redwater Dragons
Atlanta is 10-0 against Redwater since January of 2020, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Atlanta Rabbits will be playing at home against the Redwater Dragons at 7:30 p.m. Atlanta will be looking to keep their three-game home win streak alive.
Atlanta suffered their biggest defeat yet this season on Friday. They were outmatched by Hooks on the road and fell 93-33. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Atlanta has scored all season.
Meanwhile, even though Pewitt scored an imposing 55 points on Friday, Redwater still came out on top. Redwater enjoyed a cozy 70-55 victory over Pewitt.
Redwater's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Tyris Crowell, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and 11 rebounds. Crowell is on a roll when it comes to blocks, as he's now posted two or more in the last six games he's played. Carson Wheat was another key contributor, scoring 13 points.
Atlanta's defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 16-10. As for Redwater, their victory bumped their record up to 16-8.
Atlanta was able to grind out a solid victory over Redwater in their previous meeting back in December of 2023, winning 56-44. Will Atlanta repeat their success, or does Redwater have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
