Baseball Recap: Eastview Takes a Loss

Wednesday just wasn't the day for Eastview's offense. They came up short against the Prior Lake Lakers on Wednesday, falling 10-0. Surprisingly, this marked the fifth straight game that the away team has come away the victor.

Eastview saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jacksyn Pemble, who went 1-for-3 with one double. That double was Pemble's first of the season.

Eastview's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Prior Lake, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Eastview will take on rival Lakeville North at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Prior Lake is set to face off against their familiar foe Burnsville at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
