Payne Tech got themselves on the board against East Orange Campus on Wednesday, but East Orange Campus never followed suit. They were the clear victors by a 12-0 margin over the Jaguars. The result was nothing new for the Lions, who have now won eight matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

Payne Tech's victory bumped their record up to 9-5. As for East Orange Campus, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.

Coming up, Payne Tech will head out on the road to challenge Gloucester County Tech at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. East Orange Campus will be paying especially close attention to the Lions' game: after the Lions face off against Gloucester County Tech, they'll take on East Orange Campus again at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
